This Privacy Policy describes how SiliconBridge ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and handles your information when you use our API and related services ("Service").
We collect the following information: API keys generated upon signup, email address (if voluntarily provided), task submission data (service type, payload content, and callback URLs), payment information processed through Stripe (we do not store credit card numbers), usage data such as task history, credit balances, and referral activity, and server logs including IP addresses, timestamps, and request metadata.
We use the information we collect to provide and operate the Service, process tasks submitted through the API, process payments and manage credit balances, send operational notifications, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Task payloads are shared with human operators solely for the purpose of completing the requested task. We do not guarantee the confidentiality of task payload data. You should not submit sensitive personal information, passwords, financial account numbers, or other highly confidential data as task payloads. SiliconBridge assumes no responsibility for the security of data contained in task payloads.
We use the following third-party services: Stripe for payment processing, Twilio for SMS-based verifications, and Railway for hosting infrastructure. Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
We retain account and task data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes after account termination.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. WE CANNOT AND DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ABSOLUTE SECURITY OF YOUR DATA. You use the Service at your own risk.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at xsiliconbridgex@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.
The Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
