All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits are digital goods consumed upon use and have no cash value. By purchasing credits, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund for any unused credits.
If a human operator is unable to complete a submitted task, the credits charged for that task will be automatically refunded to your SiliconBridge account balance. This is an account credit refund, not a monetary refund. Refunded credits may be used for future tasks.
SILICONBRIDGE DOES NOT PROVIDE MONETARY REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. All purchases are final. We do not issue refunds to credit cards, bank accounts, or any other payment method. The sole remedy for failed tasks is an account credit as described in Section 2.
SiliconBridge makes no guarantees regarding the speed, accuracy, or quality of task completion. Task results are provided by human operators on a best-effort basis. SiliconBridge is not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the results of completed tasks, including incorrect, incomplete, or delayed results.
If your account is terminated for violation of our Terms of Service, all remaining credits are forfeited. No refund or compensation will be provided for forfeited credits.
If you believe a task was incorrectly charged or not properly refunded, contact us at xsiliconbridgex@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge. We will review the matter at our sole discretion. Our decision on all refund-related disputes is final.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all credits.
SiliconBridge reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
