By accessing or using the SiliconBridge API, website, or any related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SiliconBridge provides a human-in-the-loop API that connects AI agents with human operators who perform tasks such as CAPTCHA resolution, OTP verification, KYC checks, and manual approvals. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. SiliconBridge is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your API key.
All credit purchases are final. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Credits are deducted at the time a task is submitted. If a task cannot be completed by a human operator, the credits for that task will be refunded to your account balance. SiliconBridge reserves the right to change pricing at any time.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable laws or regulations, to submit tasks that involve illegal activity, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems, to interfere with or disrupt the Service, or to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. SILICONBRIDGE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SILICONBRIDGE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM SILICONBRIDGE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SILICONBRIDGE, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF SILICONBRIDGE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SILICONBRIDGE'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO SILICONBRIDGE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SiliconBridge and its owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.
SiliconBridge reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any remaining credits in your account are forfeited upon termination for cause.
SiliconBridge reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
